A Must See!

New York City Ballet:
Balanchine's A Midsummer Night's Dream
Feb 28 - Mar 4, 2007

*Returning to the Kennedy Center Opera House, New York City Ballet dances George Balanchine's glorious A Midsummer Night's Dream, with a score by Felix Mendelssohn performed by the New York City Ballet Orchestra. Debuted by the company in January 1962 and infused with the transforming power of love, the ballet is based on William Shakespeare's magical comedy about the romantic adventures and misadventures of two pairs of mortal lovers and the King and Queen of the Fairies. The New York Times says, "If the first act is a theatrical tour de force, the second is a glittering wedding celebration, in which classical ballet takes center stage." Part of the citywide festival Shakespeare in Washington.

Tickets: $29.00 - $99.00

I went to see A Midsummer Night's Dream here a few years ago and loved it!
If you can still get tickets this is worth it.
