Lower East Side Tenement Museum, 108 Orchard St.
Stephen Wolf, editor of I Speak of the City: Poems of New York, returns to celebrate National Poetry Month with friends and poets reading from the collection, starting with Whitman, and then moving onto Ginsberg and other contemporary favorites.
The Tenement is a New York City Museum that tells the stories of immigrants who lived in 97 Orchard Street, a tenement built in 1863 on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
