on our website. Publishers who are already in our database will receive the official guidelines and entry form in the mail in mid-April. Publishers who would like to be added to our database should email Amy Gall (
agall@nationalbook.org) with a contact name, publishing company, and mailing address. The postmark deadline for entry forms is June 15, 2012.
